It’s a crazy time for us all just now. Coronavirus has changed all of our lives for the forseeable future and beyond, and for those of us in any kind of band, be it tribute, original, wedding, pop, you name it, being out of the studio and gigging is brutally difficult when all you want to do is play music.
We’re no different, and have been hugely disappointed having to cancel our Wee Four gig in Glasgow. We had such an awesome time in 2019 do it in Edinburgh for the first time, and also the reception we received from everyone on the day. Glasgow was shaping up to be every bit as special. The good news is, at least it’s not the end. We’ve got a new date pencilled in for next year (March 27th to be exact), and tickets from this year’s gig will still be valid unless of course you’ve decided you want a refund, in which case just give us a shout. We hope you’ll still make it next year though, as we’re intending to have one hell of a party to celebrate and a whole year to make up!
Gigging aside, it’s been hard going trying to find time to jam. Scotti and Martin tried a test zoom to see if we could record a very special track for these quarantine times, but with the internet letting us down it didn’t quite work as we expected.
That being said, you’ll see Martin, Paul, and Scott have all taken to practising in their own unique ways during this downtime if you’ve ventured anywhere near facebook 😀
Between us all, we’ll get through this together and come out the other side stronger still. Thanks for all your support as always. Stay safe, stay home, keep rockin’ and we’ll see you guys and gals back out on the road when all this blows over.
